The X-Fit 90 Day Challenge breaks it down to the basics and trains your entire body. This fitness boot camp will put you back in shape where you need to be, and help you sculpt the body you’ve always wanted.
This dynamic, motivational 60 minute class is a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training found within a fun and challenging group setting. Following a recorded training log, we will be sure to measure and update all of our amazing progress and results. This program is customized to meet the needs of the attendees, regardless of your level of fitness. It emphasizes functional core training, speed agility and quickness drills, as well as a stretching cool down segment to incorporate the complete mind/body experience.
The workouts are always tough, but I can do them, even if I have to go at my pace. But they are always changing, and that is what makes them work.
