X-Fit Training Systems

X-Fit 2This dynamic, motivational 60 minute class is a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training found within a fun and challenging group setting. Following a recorded training log, we will be sure to measure and update all our amazing progress and results. This program is customized to meet the needs of the attendees, regardless of your level of fitness. It emphasizes functional core training, speed agility and quickness drills, as well as a stretching cool down segment to incorporate the complete mind / body experience.
